The scale is logarithmic. Ultra issues 2,000× the credit of Free, not four times it — printed linearly, three of these four rungs would land on top of each other. Per $1 paid is the credit issued for each dollar charged; Free buys nothing, so it has no ratio.

Nine surfaces per application. There is no tier that withholds one of them, and no upgrade that unlocks one — the ladder above measures allowance, and nothing else.

How the allowance is spent.
Credit is drawn down by agent work. Each answered prompt is recorded as a billable event against the account and deducted from the balance at that moment, so the remaining allowance is always the truth rather than an estimate reconciled later.
The allowance is restored in full at the start of each month. It does not roll over, and it is not shared across accounts. Cancelling a subscription returns the account to Free at the end of the period, with the Free allowance from that point on.
